Hidden comments means disapproved.
No unknown jutsus/species/age/weapons/items/etc allowed.
List all the Jutsus your character has, Custom Jutsus must be detailed on what it can do. All Custom Jutsus now requires to be checked with =
EclipseDarkmaster first.
God or Demi-God characters is NOT allowed.
Characters MUST have at least one or more weaknesses listed, and keep the weaknesses possible.
Characters can NOT have the age as old as time or anything like that.

No Pre-Made Characters allowed. Meaning No Characters from Naruto or any other games/anime/etc, be original.
Unlisted Species(Races) WILL NOT be approved. See near the end of this journal part for the allowed species.
No custom villages unless you have a character that passed the Chuunin & Jounin Exams and is officially a Jounin. The villages posted in history must have there names posted otherwise i will count it as a custom village, destroyed villages thats not a pre-made apply as well.
Characters MUST be a genin when you start. Also, Genin can only use/have Rank E, D, or C Jutsus Only. Check
leafninja.com for the Jutsu's rank first before posting.
Characters can't be related to any Pre-Made character, the character can be in a pre-made clan; the only pre-made clan's last names I approve is the ones listed in the clan section of
leafninja.com. However, they can't be directly related to them.
When posting your character, use the whole character profile sheet below, with the exception of weight and height. Otherwise, I won't approve the profile.
No more characters with scythe will be approved, all the current characters that has scythe will still be approved, but new characters that has scythe after Sep 13, 2006, 12:50 AM PST will not be approved.
Scythes is now re-allowed, with the limit of 4 per month, and the person has to be qualified by a kage to use.
No more characters that uses puppets will be approved. all current characters that uses puppets will still be approved, but new characters that uses puppets after Sep 25, 2006, 12:43 AM PST will not be approved.
Puppets is now re-allowed for a short period of an month, and the person has to be qualified by a kage to use.
The use of 'Kage' as a first or last name is disallowed, seeing as people might get confused with the character being a kage.
Characters can't use lightning/thunder jutsus. This applies to all of these types of jutsus.
Characters is now reallowed to use lightning jutsus, which is now only allowed to be used by higher ranked ninjas, mainly Jounin level and above. Lightning jutsus can only be used with an metal weaponry, and the weapon needs to be described the limits on it.
Characters as Genin can have 1 to 2 elements, Chuunin can have 2 to 3 elements, Jounin can have 3 to 4 elements, Kage can have 4 to 5 elements. However, Characters MUST start as a Genin, meaning your character can have 1 or 2 elements as starting. Also, characters can not have all the elements. Do not list more then the allowed elements unless it is said that it is for when your character gets to a higher rank. For example: Fire, Water, Wind (Chuunin), Lightning (Jounin), Earth (Kage)
No more characters that is a Vampire or Vampyre will be approved. All current characters that is a Vampire or Vampyre will still be approved, but new characters that is a Vampire or Vampyre after
Jan 20, 2007, 6:51 PM PST will not be approved.
Animal summonings can only be used by Chuunin or higher characters. This applies to all characters.
No relationship with pre-made characters is allowed.
No more characters that is from Hyuuga clan will be approved. All current characters that is from Hyuuga clan will still be approved, but new characters that is from Hyuuga clan after
June 05, 2007 4:23PM PDT will not be approved. This includes the jutsus Byakugan as these are their bloodlimit jutsu. The Uchiha clan has been removed from this rule as the clan is listed as a extinct clan and there is a rule that not longer allows extinct clans.
New members with their first approved character is now required to be tested in rping by =
EclipseDarkmaster or =
chikhra. You may ask them to watch you rp as well, due to the fact that we got too many people that can't rp properly or follow the rules.
Pets and animals should be indigenous to the area of origin.
Pets can only be animals.
Any bloodlimit jutsus that is close to Sharingan or Byakugan is disallowed this includes Clans. =
ClanCC's Shadougan is excepted from this rule.
Ice and Snow jutsus is not allowed to be used by anyone except these who is a Snow Ninja, but is in Extreme Supervision and observation by the kages.
Unknown and No Ranked Jutsus is not allowed to be used by Genin characters. Unknown and No Ranked Jutsus is considered a B, A, or S Ranked Jutsu. They will now be ranked depending on the jutsu, the ranking will be done by =
EclipseDarkmaster.
Pre-made Weapons from Naruto/anime/manga is not allowed to be used unless they are standard weapons like a longsword, katana or any other standard ninja weapons.
Jutsus that is used to seal Jinchuuriki is not allowed to be used and is restricted to kage use only.
Characters is not allowed to be in Extinct Clans, any new characters that is in a Extinct Clan will be disapproved. This includes the use of their jutsus, bloodlimits, etc. See list near the end of this journal entry.
Characters is not allowed to be in mixed clans (eg: Uchiha and Hyuuga), characters will be disapproved if found.
Characters can't be related to a kage in any way, unless the character is related to a kage of their own village /or/ had permission to make a character thats related to a custom village's kage by the owner.
Mokuton (Wood Element) techniques can only be used by Grass Ninjas.
Characters is not allowed to be from a destroyed villages, unless the character was created before the village was destroyed, or new characters that has a good history of how they escaped the village, and is considered responsible a roleplayer. All other characters that tries to make a character from a destroyed village that doesn't match the requirements will be denied.
No teleportation for anyone under jounin. They also cannot perfom the teleportation without a jutsu or rites for it. Absolute Speed also requires extreme taijutsu training. No instant contact unless you have a character who is completely focused on taijutsu only
Characters is not allowed to be from no village, all characters must have a village unless they have been exiled from it (with a full history why), the village has been destroyed (that is if you give a good history like the rule before this one says), or you have a good history explaining why your character has no village.
New Characters would be allowed to be Taijutsu Specialists, however, they Need to Be Chuunin Before using ANY of the Gates. Older characters May keep the ability, however, it will come with a price for using it
Rules For The Eight Celestial Gates Usage:
The Eight Celestial Gates are a Kinjutsu-Related Technique, unlockable through Training alone
Due to the Strain Provided on one's Body when Using the Gates, One may use them in moderation only. If one Unlocks the 1st gate, they may not use it again for a Day. If one Unlocks the 2nd Gate, Three Days must be Waited before Using again.
Due to the Immense Strain of Unlocking the Third Gate (Seimon) The User Will Suffer inner injuries to their Muscles, spraining, pulling them and Losing Stamina Much Faster then usual. The period of wait after this is One Week.
The Gates past the Third are Extremely Damaging to the body and Unlocking them will Result in a Mandatory Injury that will Put the Character into The Hospital After the Battle for no less then one week and up to two months at a Kage's Discretion
Chuunin Ranked Characters can't use S-Ranked Jutsus, seeing as it is overpowered for a middle-classed rank.
Characters is not allowed to have an Biju anymore as they have now been removed in NWRP. This applies to all characters, old and new. Due to too many problems and complains regarding bijus.

General Chatroom Rules ==
This is a English Only rp room.
Characters needs to be approved by a Kage before rping. This is so a Kage can pervent godmodding, and rule breakers.
When OOC talk with ( ) {} or [ ]. why? simple, this is so it doesn't mess up with the rp(s).
NO Godmodding it will lead you to being kicked and possibility banned.
NO ARGUING/INSULTS/THREATS/FLAMES it will lead you to being kicked and possibility banned.
Don't ask for room promotions. Doing so will get you kicked and possibility banned and don't ask for a custom class; You will be promoted when we decided you deserve it.
If someone is to be banned consult either the Shadoukage, Kiboukage, Hokage, or Chikage.
Don't talk back to a kage. They're probably telling you that your character is godmodding. This can also fall under the 'No Arguing' rule.
No Spamming/Flooding; Doing so will get you permanently banned.
No Powerplays. Meaning you can't complete actions without giving the other player a chance to do something.
No one is the best, everyone is different and has a fair chance of defeating another person unless they want to be weak.
RPers now require to post at least 2 lines in an RP post.

History: Has no siblings, or pets. Her parents were killed by Moro, the wolf godess, when she was very little.
Puppy graduated and became a Hidden Fire ninja in Yokoha. When she was getting put into a squad, her Chuunin teacher said there were no more classmates to pair her up with. But the teacher said that their Fourth Yokokage (like Hokage) volunteered to be a teacher and didn't get a squad. And so her teacher became Kakashi Hatake (XD). And since she had no teammates, she didn't have to fight with anyone but Kakashi, which was rare. The only time Puppy fought with Kakashi was over how expensive her lunch or dinner was. He always thought she was doing that on purpose.
Puppy means well, and she has a strong student/teacher relashonship with her sensei. Sometimes more of a parent-like relationship. But the problem with Puppy is people have to restrain her from entering the forest of wolves and attempting to kill Moro. Ever since she realized who her parent's killer was, she has wanted to go in that woods and kill her. Just barely leaving the gates takes half of Yokoha's ninjas to hold her down. She had gotten close to entering Moro's den, but Kakashi managed to stop her.
To Puppy, Kakashi is like a father she barely ever had. And Kakashi thinks of her as the daughter he'll never have. So because of that, Puppy follows Kakashi everywhere and Kakashi is very protective of Puppy.

Weapon(s): Alexandre’s main weapon is "JIYU AI ARASHI" (Free Harmony Storm) A symmetrically double bladed Katana blade with 3 long and colourful phoenix feathers on the handles for decoration (they provide magical powers to the weapon). He spins it really fast, and can throw it towards his opponent. He can also separate the two blades to make two individual swords! He is also equipped of a set of daggers, smoke bombs and a crossbow. He also uses Chakra spells and has a full and expert knowledge of kendo and hand to hand combat.
Jutsus: Extrem Inteligence, Speed and Concentration
Appearance: Tall and somewhat skinny, he has not the most impressive of bodies. He has long, white, spiky hair going backwards with a thin but long pony tail. He has a scar in the middle of his chest (where a poisoned arrow penetrated him). He has to symmetrical circular tattoos on his face and neck, indicating that he was part of an ancient monk order. He wears a black, sleeveless T-shirt, long black combat trousers, and a white full length trench coat with the crest of an Angel on each arm. HE also wears, white fingerless gloves black combat boots and a belt with the icon of an angel as the buckle (there are a few protection talismans on the belts). He only has 2 items of jewellery; a blessed silver cross and a bracelet that belonged to his love. He has eyes that change colour, but generaly stay within the grey/blue colours. history:Well he has no mom or dad and 2 pets.His village,mother,and father were killed by yukiro,the leader of a village filled with murderers.Hakuo and his brother Songa were little like say 5,6,or 7 years old when all this happend.It was when they were at shuriken practice just ya know practicing... and when they came home well.......thats when all hell broke loose.
Hakuo was alittle bit braver then songa was,but nothing stopped these boys.Not even evil ninjas..... they made a promise 2 their parents that they would once become the greatest ninjas ever.So once their parents died they walked alone.....battling and killing every evil thing or person that got in the way.

history:Songa is alittle bit more scared like then hakuo is.He and his brother were the only ones left in their entire village.Songa was alittle neglected,but hakuo wasn't which made him jealous.He always was kind-a jealous of hakuo.....but its his own bro,he does kind-of have the right 2 be alittle jealous of him.His father Obito uchiha,taught both of them very well but still neglected songa alittle.His mother Haka uchiha,was nice 2 both songa and hakuo and never neglected neither of them.SHe was ncie but Obito was alittle stricked with their training and all.......but even when Obito yelled at songa especially,songa was never afraid.He stood up 2 his father unlike hakuo once did.

He can make living animals and destroy them as well, though he has a bit more trouble with bigger animals. He can do birds very well.
Appearance: Long crimson red hair, and green eyes. He likes to smile and he usually wears a long turqoise vest with long thin leather strings that tie it to his chest. He wears a long sleeved black shirt beneath that, and army green cargo camo shorts. He usually wears traditional ninja boots

History: Fukashi was four when his parents both died from a rebel attack of ninjas in his village far away. He was found in the hidden leave village and raised to be a ninja, being told in later years that he had real potential. He's always been one to be precise. When he was nine years old he was nearly killed by an ANBU and has been scarred for life, physically on his wrist, and mentally. He has strived to be able to defend anyone who is attacked, and desperately wants to join the medical aspects of being a ninja.

Appearance: He's slender and tall, muscular but not too much, with messy brown hair pulled back into a short ponytail barely extending past the nape of his neck. Parts of his hair are a bit short, so they frame his face. His eyes are varying with the seasons, ranging in shades of amber, blue, green and grey. Currently, his eyes are grey. His outfits switch between traditional ANBU and a varied medical-nin jacket with a Jouunin swirl on the left sleeve and his hitai-ate plate on the right. A red cross is on the right collarbone of his jacket, and two front pockets are on his breast. Usually the sleeves are rolled up, to expose a blue long-sleeved undershirt that ends at the middle of his forearms. His shorts are dark blue as well, and end at his knees. Since he is left-handed, his shuriken holster is on his left leg. He wears dark blue sandals.
His build is lithe and sinewy, very situated for graceful moves, such as complex twirling and flipping combos. This is useful for jumping through dense areas of trees. It also keeps him amused.

History: Growing up in a structured home was hard for Matsuka, seeing as he lost his mother at the age of three. Being the only child, he strived to excel, having to grow up beyond his years in order to fill the gap of childhood. He was quick to learn, graduating the Ninja Academy at the young age of 9, alongside Uchiha Itachi, who would later be in his three-man squad of Genin, and be his partner in ANBU before his departure after killing his whole clan save his brother. Matsuka and Itachi were a two-man squad in ANBU, sent out only on the most complex of missions. They worked very efficiently together, and after the latter's flight, Matsuka left ANBU for a brief period only to return two years later. He was 15 when he rejoined.
During his absence from ANBU, Matsuka got interested in wood jutsus, training and learning them as fast as he could, and inventing his own along the way. He also was interested in turning his ways around, and looked into healing instead of killing. However, old habits die hard and Matsuka ended up balancing a position at the hospital as one of the top healers and a special ops member on ANBU. He also met Yamato, who became like a foster older brother for him. Yamato also helped him learn the wood jutsus, being specially adept to them as well. Matsuka and Yamato are occasionally seen talking with eachother and drinking green tea, Matsuka's favorite drink with which he is rarely seen without.
Matsuka's past is hard on him, especially his time spent with Itachi. He rarely talks about it anymore, especially after learning how to acquire the Mangekyou. He was terrified that Itachi could have chosen him to die. However, Matsuka is a strange fellow. He loves to heal and he loves to kill. Most of the time he is in a medium, but when faced with critical situations, either his medical side or his killer side will take over. He does not possess hate for Itachi, however. He only has a slight resentment and a curiosity to see him again.
